MEET YOUR VA

Hi, my name is Michelle Beeton and I am the founder of HoT-VA.

I am a professional and diligent individual with over 25 years experience in administrative management. I started my career within the Banking and Financial sector at Barclays, then the Transportation industry at Hertz, followed by Pharmaceuticals at Johnson & Johnson. I took a short break from the corporate life to raise my family, although I kept busy by training in specialist cake making and started my own sucessful business within the Henley-on-Thames and Reading area. After this, I returned to my career in administrative management and worked within the education sector, healthcare NHS, environmental services and again within the financial sector. I have a wealth of experience across multiple industries and am always open to new challenges and opportunities. 

WHY I STARTED HoT-VA

During the Coronavirus Pandemic, I was one of the many who found themselves on Furlough.

Even though I thoroughly enjoyed having the extra time to catch up on all those odd tasks that had been put on hold for an age and this got me thinking!

There must be many other people out there also trying to Juggle work and home but sometimes there's just not enough hours in the day.

So, how could I put my skills and experience to use that would also help likeminded, busy, ambitious, people while at the same time rebalance my own life?

also known as, HoT-VA.

I am a professional and diligent individual with over 25 years experience in administrative management. I started my career within the Banking and Financial sector at Barclays, then the Transportation industry with Renault and Hertz, followed by Pharmaceuticals with Johnson & Johnson. I took a short break from the corporate life to raise my family and kept busy by running my own successful bespoke cake making business.

I then returned to administrative management and worked within the education sector, healthcare NHS, environmental services, then the financial sector and finally within Health in Justice. I have a wealth of experience across multiple industries and am always open to new challenges and opportunities.
